When your team fills out a survey and declares you a disaster you have a few choices. For me, it began an addiction to learning about leadership. My future depended on my ability to transform the way I led my team.
My obsession with my own development dramatically impacted the results my teams delivered. Ultimately, I was recruited by a consulting firm and began coaching senior leaders of Amazon, Cigna, Hormel, Fox, and HCA.
